Question:	How can I find out the address of a particular location?
Answer:	As well as supplying hire vehicles ourselves, Woods use other suppliers where necessary. When a booking is confirmed back to you, full details of the supplier, location address and telephone number are supplied.
Question:	How much does petrol cost in the UK and what is the average fuel consumption for one of your cars?
Answer:	Unleaded petrol costs UKP 0.75 (seventy five pence) per litre. This is equivalent to UKP 3.75 (three pounds seventy five pence) per gallon. An average sized car (Group D) will travel 30 miles to one gallon over a long trip.
Question:	Can I ask for a particular model of car rather than being given any one of the various models that make up your groups?
Answer:	In common with all major car rental companies Woods cannot guarantee you a particular vehicle. However, on arrival at your location, staff will be as flexible as possible in allocating you your preferred choice.
Question:	Can I specify diesel or petrol driven vehicles?
Answer:	We are unable to guarantee a particular type of fuel. Our fleet mix changes continually, however preferences will be noted, and supplied if possible.
Question:	Do I need a credit card to book through your site?
Answer:	Our web-site is secure, and credit card details are imperative in order for your hire to be confirmed. We are unable to supply rental vehicles without a valid credit card.
Question:	Can I hire a vehicle from Woods if I have endorsements on my licence?
Answer:	We can accept drivers with a maximum of two speeding offences. For any other endorsements please e-mail us with all relevant details, and we will advise accordingly.
Question:	How old do I have to be to hire from Woods?
Answer:	Drivers must be a minimum of 25 or 30 years of age depending on vehicle type/location. (Our quotation system will only show the vehicles that are appropriate to your age.) We are also, on occasions able to rent, at some locations only, to young drivers, however this carries a surcharge of £15.00 per day for ages 21-22, and £7.00 per day for ages 23-24. Restrictions apply.
Question:	Can anyone else drive the vehicle I have hired?
Answer:	Other drivers must sign the rental agreement, show a copy of their drivers licence and be a minimum of 25 or 30 years of age (see above).
Question:	Can I hire a Woods vehicle if I have held my drivers licence for 11 months?
Answer:	No, you must have held your licence for a minimum of 12 months.
